Does Entropic run on my machine or in the cloud?
The app and all your files run on your machine. When you send a message to an AI model, Entropic routes it through your chosen provider. You can use Entropic credits or bring your own API keys.
What do I need to get started?

How does pricing work?

Is my data private and secure?
Your files stay on your machine, and all code runs inside an isolated sandbox — a sealed environment that can't access your personal files unless you allow it.
Entropic never trains models on your data. When you send a message, it goes to the AI provider you chose (like OpenAI or Anthropic), but your workspace stays private.
